Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There are no ID requirements for attending the event; however, a valid state-issued ID is of course required for purchasing and consuming alcohol.

 

What are my ticket options for the 2-Day Event?

Music on Friday & Saturday and Sunday is a Load Out Day for all campers, vendors and over-night guests.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

When you purchase tickets for Mid-America Music Festival through our Eventbrite portal you will have an option for admission and a second option for parking:

 

  • You must first choose your ticket type: 1-Day, 2-Day GA or one of our VIP Sponsorships.  YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE. 

  • Then you must choose a Parking Ticket Type:  General Parking, Tent/Car/Camp Parking or RV & 5th Wheel Parking. YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE. Then check out. It’s simple.

 

  • A paid festival ticket is required for entrance into parking and camping ground areas.  Festival tickets will be available at each gate entrance.

 

What can I NOT bring into the event?

The following is a partial list of items prohibited from entry into the MAMF grounds including, but not limited to:

  • Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6"

  • Weapons of any kind, explosives, pepper spray, tear gas, toy/replica etc.

  • Fireworks, smoke bombs.

  • Aerosol cans or pressurized containers

  • Professional camera equipment, video cameras, tripods, monopods, battery packs, Camera lenses longer than 3”

  • Noisemakers, whistles, air horns, plastic horns, musical instruments

  • Coolers and thermoses

  • Glass or metal bottles/cans

  • Food and beverage

  • Sticks, selfie sticks, poles, rods, drum sticks

  • Laser pointers

  • Remote controlled devices/aircraft or drones

  • Hover boards, roller blades/skates

  • Confetti or streamers

  • Animals (except service animals)

  • Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by Management

 

Guests who refuse to comply may be denied entry. Guests found in possession of any illegal items will be subject to ejection, confiscation of item, and or arrest.

 

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final. 

 

This event is rain or shine and there will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges of purchased tickets. 

 

Do not lose your ticket, as it will NOT be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. When you enter the venue your ticket will permit you to a wristband. You must wear the wristband at all times. Anybody not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave the venue. By purchasing a ticket you consent to allow our security team to search you and your vehicle upon entry to the venue. This ticket is being purchased to the Mid-America Music Festival and not to any particular artist’s performance. 

 

All artists listed on the web site are currently confirmed for the event, and we reserve the right to cancel, change or reschedule any and all musical acts and venues. The holder of the ticket grants the promoter the right to use their image/likeness as captured on film, video or any other electronic medium being utilized at the event, and further understands that such images will likely be used to promote future events. Black Silo Winery reserves the right to refuse entrance, or remove any ticket holder from the venue, for any reason.

 

Each ticket is good only for the event which it is issued and is not transferable. Each ticket is a limited revocable license and may be revoked and admission refunded at the sole discretion of the sponsoring organization. Mid-America Music Festival reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose actions are deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In addition, Mid-America Music Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

 

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are void. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.

 

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be available for 3 weeks only. Refund information will be available at this web site. Cancellation would require that all 2 days of festival are canceled. If any day of the festival takes place in part or in full, the festival shall not be deemed to be cancelled. If the event is postponed and rescheduled for another date within 3 months of scheduled date, the ticket shall be valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This ticket is not subject to any refund (unless show is cancelled, as outlined above) and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentary, this ticket shall not be exchangeable. No refunds, no exchanges except as provided herein, event date & time subject to change. All rights reserved.

 

Black Silo Foundation is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets sent via US Mail. Customers must report any lost or missing tickets no later than 48 hours before doors open.

 

The purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket understands and acknowledges that he/she is purchasing this ticket to the Mid-America Music Festival and not a particular artist’s performance. The Mid-America Music Festival is an outdoor festival and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers and there is a possibility that a particular performer may or may not be able to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket understands, acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of this ticket for any talent cancellations. Talent line-up and schedule is subject to change at any time.

 

In addition, the purchaser of this ticket understands and acknowledges that this is a camping festival in a natural and unimproved environment and that as with all camping in natural conditions, there are inherent risks of injury or death due to causes of nature. By purchasing this ticket and choosing to attend Mid-America Music Festival, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and assumes such risks to injury and agrees to hold Mid-America Music Festival and Black Silo Winery harmless in the event of such injury or death.
